Tina Hill

Administrative Assistant

Tina moved to Kansas City 25 years ago after attending Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Her career past includes working as an advertising Art Director and as a free-lanced illustrator. Tina resides in the Brookside area with her husband of over 20 years, David and their son, Drew, who attends Rockhurst University. Tina has been with WPPC since 2012.

Joe Hill

Director of Vocal Music

Joe attended William Jewell College in Liberty, where he received a B.S. in Vocal and Instrumental Music Education. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Music with emphasis in Music Theory and Composition at the University of Central Missouri. Joe has been serving in churches for fifteen years in the Kansas City area and has many musical talents, inducing voice, saxophone, conducting and composition. He has over ten years’ teaching experience and also serves as Director of Bands at Raytown High School. Joe has been with Ward Parkway Presbyterian Church since 2011.

Arthur Rinehart

Organist

Arthur began his career as a church organist while he was a student at Lee’s Summit High School. After high school graduation, his education continued at the University of Central Missouri, with a Bachelor of Music Education in Instrumental and Vocal Music in 1964, and a Master of Arts in Piano Performance in 1965. He then attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City, graduating in 1975 with a Doctorate of Musical Arts degree in Piano Pedagogy. Arthur taught elementary instrumental music for thirty years in Raytown. Arthur has been married to his wife, Carmen, for forty nine years. They have three children and five grandchildren. For Arthur, serving the Lord through his musical skills is truly a calling. He has continuously been an organist for over 50 years. He is grateful to be able to continue his career at Ward Parkway.
